On Monday 18th June 2007, Information TV and Information TV 2 moved to 167 and 168.
[edit] Company aims
Information TV operates in two ways. Firstly, so that government departments and public bodies can communicate directly with those with whom they are interacting; and secondly allowing would-be broadcasters to "start small", by having regularly-scheduled programmes which they control.
[edit] Information TV 1
Information TV 1 on EPG 167 broadcasts programmes from government departments, public bodies and other public service institutions. The channel's stated aim is to provide UK citizens with access to valuable information and allow their clients to reach their target audiences effectively.
[edit] Information TV 2
Information TV 2 on EPG 168 is designed to help start-up TV operations launch, by providing them slices of the schedule to facilitate proving their concepts and getting on air quickly.
Information TV 2 also broadcasts Live Roulette TV from 10pm to 2am every evening, and also carries the show on the website simulcast.
