Infor Global Solutions is a privately held U.S. software company that specializes in enterprise software[1] ranging from financial systems and resource planning to the supply chain and customer relationships.[2] It is owned by private equity firm Golden Gate Capital Partners and is headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia.

With a revenue of $2.1 billion and over 9200 employees[3] it is the largest private software company in the world[4], the 10th largest software company in the world[5], and has acquired a number of companies to become the 3rd largest business applications provider behind SAP and Oracle.[6] The major ERP offering from Infor includes Baan for discrete manufacturing, and Adage for process manufacturing.
