InfoPrint Solutions Company

InfoPrint Solutions Company (InfoPrint) is a provider of digital printing and output solutions, hardware, software and services for production and enterprise print environments.
The company was created in June 2007, through a joint venture between Ricoh and IBM’s Printing Systems Division. The agreement between IBM and Ricoh was closed on June 1, 2007. Ricoh initially acquired 51 percent of the joint venture and will progressively acquire the remaining 49 percent over the next three years as the joint venture evolves into a fully owned subsidiary of Ricoh.[1]
InfoPrint currently has 1,200 employees working across several countries. Its worldwide headquarters are located in Boulder, Colorado, the former headquarters of the IBM Printing Systems Division. Tony Romero is President and Chief Executive Officer of the InfoPrint Solutions Company.

InfoPrint Solutions Company provides printers, software, supplies, and services for production printing, general office, and industrial environments. Its current products include monochrome and color multifunction printers for general office environments, serial matrix, line matrix printers and RFID-capable thermal printers for industrial environments, and grayscale printers with MICR and highlight color options for production environments. InfoPrint Solutions Company also offers software products for print management, business communications, print utilities, and book production. In addition to its hardware and software offerings, InfoPrint Solutions Company offers output management consulting services. [2] [3]
