The Infante Duarte, 4th Duke of Guimarães (pron. IPA[du'aɾt(ɨ)]; English: Edward) (Lisbon, October 7, 1515Lisbon, September 20, 1540) was a Portuguese infante; the sixth son of King Manuel I of Portugal and his wife Maria of Aragon.

In 1537 he married Isabel of Braganza, daughter of James, 4th Duke of Braganza, who was dowried as the Duchess of Guimaraes in her own right.

This marriage produced three children:
