This blocked user (block log | autoblocks | rangeblocks | unblock | contribs | deleted contribs) has asked to be unblocked, but an administrator has reviewed and declined this request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy). Do not remove this unblock request while you are blocked.
Request reason: "Sock of whom"
Decline reason: "If you would like to file a request for arbitration, you are welcome to do that from your main account. If you are currently blocked, instead of creating sock puppets just email to arbcom-llists.wikimedia.org. Creating a sock puppet to file a RFAR makes no sense, while attacking users in your statement[1] is strictly prohibited. MaxSem(Han shot first!) 06:01, 27 April 2008 (UTC)"

And Lightwing NEEDS to be blocked. I don't care how long has passed since his misbehaviour. He was being horrible, and not blocking him is letting him get away with it! So please block him.
I'm a bit confused about this block as well. Would anyone mind explaining? -- Ned Scott 05:37, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
MaxSem is spot on. This edit is logged in as Indeffo but he edits Lightwing1988's area as his own. — Rlevse • Talk • 16:06, 27 April 2008 (UTC)
