[edit] Informal tone

This article needs to be thoroughly tweaked. Way too many weasel words and blurb-like language.

What is so bad about the tone in this article? I don't agree one bit. It sounds perfect to me. You need to watch Indiana Jones movies more if you don't like the weasel words. This article sounds exciting. You do want to read it!!! Dinofunsaur 05:27, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Quotes

The quotes the animatronic Indiana Jones makes are not absolute; they are just one of several that Indiana might make (each ride is supposed to be a pretty much unique adventure with different quotes or bumps). Another examine of this is when John Rhys Davis notes there is a little trouble with the brakes (or transmission, etc.).

Also the violin music noted is actually from John William's soundtrack to Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, and was used in the mine cart sequence. --Jclinard 06:28, 4 November 2005 (UTC)

I edited the page to include the Indiana Jones Adventure located in Tokyo DisneySea. --KevRus 21:53, 19 December 2005 (PST)

[edit] Queue

I added the bit about the queue in the Trivia section. Feel free to delete if you want, it just didn't sound up to Encylopedia standards, although I do think it has some merit. -24.7.78.69 05:51, 30 May 2006 (UTC)

The bamboo pole in the skull room has been removed, or at least I couldn't see it today.

Occasionally the bamboo support will be removed due to a tourist breaking it. I repaired the entry.-- johnnycgir

[edit] Attraction infobox

I added an attraction infobox. Disneyfile 18:38, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

I added the Japanese version in the Attraction information box. I am not sure, if most of the the facts are correct. Could someone please edited and add accurate facts of the attraction. --SilverWerewolf 9:40, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Indy ride record attempt

I actually know (of) the person involved in the ride attempt added recently. But it's not encyclopedic material unless verified by a attributable source. Sorry guys. --Monotonehell 10:33, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Boulder effect

The animation in the article seems to indicate that the boulder doesn't move. By watching this news clip [1], clearly the boulder moves and the walls only move to fake backing up, not moving along with the car as indicated in the animation. This section needs to be fixed. 76.174.57.131 00:52, 14 August 2007 (UTC)

It looks stationary to me. What is the time stamp for when it appears to move? A quick Google search of some Disney forums seems to indicate that it is stationary, but I'll try and find a cite-able source to confirm it one way or the other. Xargon666x6 17:59 22 August 2007 (UTC)
At about 2:43 it moves, it also is first seen spinning and not moving and once done moving continues to spin without moving. On the attraction I've watched the boulder suddenly move backward into place, but firsthand experience is not an attributable source. It is good to see the completely incorrect animation removed, however. 76.174.57.131 23:55, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
What we really need is the patent for the machine that drives the boulder’s rotation. I tried searching every patent filled by Disney between 1992 and 1995 with no luck. Any ideas? Xargon666x6 18:24 11 September 2007 (UTC)
Ok,I've now been convinced by some pictures on Flickr, as well as a description given by someone who was on the ride when it broke down, that the Boulder does move, and I now have a pretty good idea of how it actually works. Unfortunately I have made no progress on finding a citeable source. Xargon666x6 22 November 2007 —Preceding comment was added at 21:30, 22 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Tracks

There are at least two tracks, I'm not sure about a third one, but I have been on two tracks, one is less bumpy that the other. Oh sry, this is the Disneyland version. DLWDWFreek (talk) 19:42, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

AN other thing is that heard they were going to close it and retheme it. Is it possible to fit that rumor anywhere within the article and explain that there are RUMORS that it may be closing down for some retheming?DLWDWFreek (talk) 19:44, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
