[edit] Major Revision

Sorry for the major deletions, however, the existing text was inaccurate. Biltmore Estate was built in 1895, fully 24 years before Oheka Castle. At 175,000 square feet, Biltmore was, and remains, larger than Oheka's 109,000 square feet. With respect to Long Island, at 109,000 square feet, Oheka's main building is considerably larger than the main building on Ira Rennert's estate, which totals approximately 66,000 square feet. The 110,000 square feet quoted includes other buildings on the property, whereas the other buildings at both Oheka and Biltmore are excluded from the square footage calculations.
