The article states that "While, prior to the period of the Republic, Prieto had arguably maintained a "harder" line than Largo Caballero, from this time forward he would be identified as a relative moderate, opposed to Largo Caballero's more revolutionary tendency." This looks quite like original research. I believe it should be explained more in depth. MJGR 11:51, 18 August 2006 (UTC)

I think that came from the (under-cited) Spanish-language article, which I translated to start this. I'd have no problem removing it. - Jmabel | Talk 20:25, 19 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] POUM not trotskyist

I removed the "trotskyist" epithet given to the POUM. Although the POUM was certainly more sympathetic towards "trotskyism" than the rest of the socialist of the socialist parties, it can not be called trotskyist. At least if you're not a stalinist...
