Indus Resource Centre (IRC) is a non-profit Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) working with marginalized communities of rural Sindh in Pakistan. It was established in 1999 and is supported by Pakistani and foreign donors.
IRC's motto is "Mainstreaming the Marginalized" through the empowerment of disenfranchised communities. It has three key programs involving participation, education and economic initiatives.
