State Road 445 is a short two-mile connector route in eastern Greene County linking State Road 54 with State Road 45. It begins with a flasher at the west end, and a 3-way stoplight at the east end. The most notable buildings at these intersections are the Greene County Inn (also a cafe) at the west end, and the Bloomfield State Bank branch at the east end.
