State Road 356 in the U.S. state of Indiana consists of a western and eastern segment. The western section is located in Pike County and connects Petersburg with State Road 257. Running through Scott and Jefferson counties, eastern State Road 356 connects U.S. Route 31 in Vienna with State Road 62 south of its junction with State Road 56. Halfway through, the highway runs through the town of Lexington.
