Indiana State Road 238 was a short six-mile stretch of two-lane undivided road, mostly in Hamilton County, that travels southeast from near Fishers (a northeast suburb of Indianapolis) to Fortville. The western portion was concurrent with Greenfield Avenue. This road is a fragment of a longer highway that connected Greenfield and Noblesville; some maps still show State Road 238 as extending to State Road 37 near Noblesville. Though it still remains signed as State Road 238 in some places, especially at I-69's exit 10, the highway is no longer officially part of the state highway system.
