State Road 121 in the U.S. state of Indiana is a short state highway that exists in two sections.
The south section runs north from U.S. Route 52 west of Metamora through the town of Laurel to Connersville, a distance of about 15 miles.
The north section runs east from Richmond to the Ohio state line where it meets Ohio State Route 121, a distance of about 4 miles.
