Indian cricket team in England in 1996

The Indian cricket team toured England in the 1996 season and played 11 first-class matches including 3 Tests. They also played in three limited overs internationals.
England won the Test series 1-0 with two matches drawn:
- 1st Test (Edgbaston) – England won by 8 wickets
- 2nd Test (Lord's Cricket Ground) – match drawn
- 3rd Test (Trent Bridge) – match drawn
The Indian team was captained by Mohammed Azharuddin and included notable players such as Sanjay Manjrekar, Anil Kumble, Sourav Ganguly, Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar.
