The Indian Public High School, suituated in Nakheel, Ras al-Khaimah, was founded in 1986 and is run by private body. The school, recognised by the Ministry of Education, UAE and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) New Delhi, has adopted the same syllabus as the Central Schools Organization and prepares students for the All India Secondary School Examination and Senior School Certificte Examination of the CBSE, New Delhi (India). The school started its Junior College Wing, imparting instructions for +2 stage (XI & XII)in the year 1994-95.
