Indian Ocean Island States is the name given to those island states in the Indian subcontinent which lie in the Indian Ocean. These include:
- Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka
- Andaman Islands (administrative territory of the Republic of India)
- Nicobar Islands (administrative territory of the Republic of India)
- Lakshadweep (administrative territory of the Republic of India)
- Republic of Maldives
- Chagos Archipelago (British Indian Ocean Territory, British overseas territory)
