Indian Ocean Interdisciplinary Management Foundation

The Indian Ocean Interdisciplinary Management Foundation(IOIMF) was chartered in Vienna, Austria 1979, under the auspices of then Guru, Professor, Dr Michael Hoffman the Head of Vienna University Management Department and Vienna Interdisciplinary Management Institute. Also a consultant to a number of leading, German, Austrian, Swiss, Italy multinational, government and UN institution.
On account of Austrian history, its excellent economic, political relation with the then COMECON countries, the USSR. Its respected neutrality, excellent relation with the Arab world and OAU, "the Cold war" relation between the East and West, the political situation in the Indian Ocean as an important contribution to Charter IOIMF - Indian Ocean Interdisciplinary Management.
In accordance with such regulation in granting of such charter, duly documented and witnessed, Mr Mitchel Juan Edmond, the first Seychelles national to be exiled in Austria, Vienna, since 1976, married to an Austrian national from Tirol - Zillartal, who had worked for the Von Oswald family, in Seychelles. He was made a Fellow of Vienna Interdisciplinary Management Institute and given charge of the charter for the Indian Ocean region.
