Indian Creek Senior High School (simply known as ICHS for short) is the only high school in continuous use in the town of Trafalgar and the last educational facility students of Ninevah-Hensley Jackson School Corporation are required to attend. ICHS' school colors are red, white, and blue and their school mascot is the Indian Brave's head.

Indian Creek High School was established in 1967 with the consolidation of Morgantown, Nineveh & Trafalgar High Schools.

The mission of the Indian Creek Senior High School, as well as all schools in the Ninevah-Hensley Jackson School Corporation, is to actively partner with students, staff, families, and the community to ensure that all students acquire and apply knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits to be responsible citizens in American society, life-long learners and successful participants in a global and technological society.

As of 2006, there were 60 employees of Indian Creek Senior High School. Of those employees 34 were teachers, nine were instructional assistants, three were guidance office workers, three were custodians, three were secretaries, one was the treasurer, four were cafeteria workers, and three were administrators. The average teacher age was 48 years and the average salary was $45,574.
