Indian Creek High School (Wintersville, Ohio)

Indian Creek High School is a public high school in Wintersville, Ohio. In 1993 the Indian Creek Local School District consolidated several schools, including Mingo Jr/Sr High School, to form this school. Their nickname is the Redskins.
The School Colors are red and gold.
The vision of Indian Creek School District is to provide all students with the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills to reach their potential within a secure and positive learning environment to become responsible citizens in an ever-changing society through effective programs and community involvement.
The Indian Creek School District provides a learning environment where all students are given the opportunity to reach their highest potential. Students will acquire the basic knowledge necessary to succeed in a changing and competitive technological society. Each student will develop social skills that foster respect for each other and their environment. The school district is committed to a program of ongoing improvement in curriculum, finance, facilities, staff, and support services that will be a reflection on the Indian Creek School District and those communities it serves.

Indian Creek High School employs over 150 teachers employed by the Indian Creek School District. ICHS employs two teachers with doctoral degrees, both of which are in the Ohio High School Teacher Hall of Fame (OHSTHF). Indian Creek is well known for it's academic standards and the bright minds who meet them.
