India Scandrick is an American Broadway actress and one of two lucky girls who landed the role as Young Nala in the hit Broadway musical The Lion King, a role which she is currently portraying.
She was the first African American girl to play Annie, and also had a supporting role in the telemovie, Life Is Not a Fairy Tale.
India is noted for outstanding voice. She has recorded her first single "Wrong Move" produced by Producer Lil Ronnie who also produced R'kelley single "I'm a Flirt" and "Same Girl" featuring R'kelley and Usher. India is working on her first album. India is the first cousin to Marvin "Slim" Scandrick of the R& B group 112.
