Inderprastha Engineering College (also known as IPEC Ghaziabad) is one of the most reputed private engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh, India under the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU). It was founded in 2000 and the first batch graduated in the year 2003. It is privately funded.It ranks amongst top 15 engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh(source:http://www.uptu.ac.in).

IPEC is located in the Industrial hub of Ghaziabad, namely, Sahibabad, India. The institute's campus is located around 2 kilometers from Anand Vihar ISBT New Delhi.

The institute admits students from all over India through the prestigious Common Entrance Test known as UPTU-SEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination).

The institute offers B.Tech. (Bachelor of Technology) courses in the following disciplines:

Apart from the above courses, the institute offers Masters of Computer Application MCA. It is also planning to offer MBA.

The institute is residential and it has two boys' hostels and two girls' hostels . It has a central play ground among other facilities. The Administrative block has the Director Office and the library. Each department has its own building which houses the lecture halls and respective labs.
