Robert Fisk claiming that Israel had used uranium-based weapons in southern Lebanon during the 2006 Lebanon War, a claim later broken by a UN panel of experts, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and other international agencies, which announced unanimously that no depleted-uranium weapons had been used in the summer 2006 war in Lebanon.
