Comment from LKChild: The list of competences on this page doesnt seem to match those listed in the leaflet I just linked to at the engineering council. Im wondering what the source of these is, whether they are listed in the sydney accord that is mentinned in the article and then re-interpreted by the engineering council, or whether they refer to a previous standard for IEng.

Given that the same level of detail is not appled to the entry for Chartered Engineer or Engineering Technician Im tempted to edit out the list and simply leave the link offsite to the current list of competence requirements. End Comment.

I have removed the list of competencies. It is not required for an encylopedia article and is also likely to be copyrighted. I have included a link to the pdf in the "external links" section. johnSLADE (talk) 19:16, 18 June 2006 (UTC)
