Incisa Scapaccino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Asti in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 60 km southeast of Turin and about 15 km southeast of Asti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,112 and an area of 20.9 km².[1]

Incisa Scapaccino borders the following municipalities: Bergamasco, Castelnuovo Belbo, Cortiglione, Masio, Nizza Monferrato, Oviglio, and Vaglio Serra.
