Nepal is divided into three main geographical regions: Mountain, Hill and Terai, all of which run east to west. The Mountain region is in northern Nepal, the Hill region is in central Nepal, and the south plane bordering India is called Terai. However, there are many sub-regions of Nepal, found in large valleys in the Hill region. These regions include Kathmandu, Pokhara, Surkhet, and other small valleys and Tars. Similarly there are some large valleys between the Mahabharata mountain range of the Hill region and the Churiya Mountain range of the North Terai region. The main valleys of Innar Terai are Udyapur and Sindhuli, in eastern Nepal Chitwan Valley, in central Nepal Dang Valley, in western Nepal and Jogbudha Patan in far western Nepal.
This fortalice valleys form east to west Nepal is the minor economic hub of Nepal, minor trading junction of Hill and Terai region improving the economy of these valleys developing township and industry is on the way.
Minor cities of these valleys are Bharatpur, Tribhuvannagar, Triuga (Gaighat) Tulshipur and Sinddhuli (kamlamai) other big towns are Ratna nagar in Chitwan Beltar Bhiman in Sindhuli Beltar and Katari and Beltar in Udyapur.
