[edit] Terrain
This is a poor translation from the Japanese [[2]] site。Extras in Italics. The whole of the ward is on top of a plateau. There is a lot of undulation and geographical features. (not listed???)
JR Sobu Sen (yellow line) and Youkosuko Rapid (blue line) stops at Inage Station. On the outskirts of Inage it also stops at Nishi Chiba Station. There is also the Keisei Line and The Chiba Urban Monorail which both have stations in Inage. National Highway 16 runs through Inage.
Chiba University's Main Campus is in Inage. In between JR Inage and Nishi Chiba Stations. Nishi Chiba is closer and the trains run later but Inage has the Rapid to Tokyo.
In the northern part of the ward is Nairikukougyoudanchi 内陸工業団地. The significance of which I am totally at a loss.
[edit] History
1st of April 1992 Inage established itself as a ward.
