This film (under either In Foreign Land or In A Foreign Land or In Foreign Lands) is not listed on imdb.com. Leena Alam is not listed in imdb. Salam Sangi is not listed for Gunah at imdb, only for Bigana (1987). Gunah (1981) (English title Faults) is not listed at imdb, only Günah (2001), Gunah (1993), Günah (1983), Gunah(1970) and Gunah (1953). The movie Hadesa is not listed on imdb. On imdb there are three actresses listed as Farah: Farah (I) who played the Rani in Mahua (1969); Farah (II) who played in Ard al-Khof (1999); and Farah (IV) who played a dancer at the party in Monsoon (2001). In addition there is Farah (III) who was in three hardcore movies. On imdb there is one actor listed as Farah: Farah (IV) who played in Ato de Violência (1980)), a Brazilian film. Which of these Farahs played in In Foreign Land? The movie Lost Pearls is not listed on imdb.
