"In Regards to Myself" is the second single from the Christian metalcore band Underoath's second studio album on Tooth and Nail Records, Define the Great Line.

Vocalist Spencer Chamberlain, in an interview with Alternative Press, had this to to say on the song:

"It's like taking myself out of my situation, like when you see someone and you want to help them so bad, and you don't know how to make them understand it. And that's me doing that to myself. Growing up, I was a lot different than I am now. I wasn't a Christian. I was just another kid hanging out, and there were some things in my life I needed to change.[1]

It is also featured on The Best of Taste of Chaos Two.

It is the first song on Underoath's third full-length album release, Define the Great Line. The song is 3:24 minutes long and is the second single for Define the Great Line.
