- This template will categorise tagged articles into Category:Articles that need to differentiate between fact and fiction.

Parameters
It is recommended that you use these parameters from an intermediate template like Template:Vg-in-universe.
- subject
- (optional) the subject as in "on ____-related subject". Please include an appropriate article such as "a", or "an". This usually links to a WikiProject.
- described_object
- (optional) if present, described_object replaces "a work or element of fiction".
- category
- (optional) the clean up category you wish you place the articles in. category replaces Category:Articles that need to differentiate between fact and fiction. Include everything from "[[Category:" to "]]"
