Inácio Henrique de Gouveia was a Brazilian militar.
He was interventor on the government of the state of Espírito Santo from December 8th 1891 to May 3rd 1892 as part of a governing junta composed also of Graciano dos Santos Neves and Galdino Teixeira de Barros Loreto.
Later, in 1897, he took part of the troops which assaulted the rebellious community of Canudos, which was completely destroyed by the Brazilian army.
