[edit] Shouldn't this say India somewhere in it?

I claim complete ignorance of provinces of India, but Shouldn't the country name be somewhere on here? Or is that a us-centric viewpoint? I will leave it up to the regulars... CodeCarpenter 20:51, 3 July 2007 (UTC)
