Imran Majid

Imran Majid (born 4 October 1972 in London, England) is a professional pool player.

He made his Mosconi Cup debut in the 2006 edition in Rotterdam. He and the other rookie of the tournament, David Alcaide, upset the American top duo Earl Strickland and Johnny Archer 7-2 in their doubles confrontation.

Majid is of Pakistani descent as his parents are from Lahore, Punjab.

Majid is known for his pool hall hustling and bad sportsmanship in the Mosconi up when he 'sharked' US team member Corry Deuel. Deuel later called Majid a cheater on live television.
