I do not see this as an encyclopedic topic.

Do any other orders have an article specifically discussing "Important works of higher classification"? (both important and higher are vague IMHO)

At the very least this should be moved to List of important works of classification of insects--ZayZayEM (talk) 12:27, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
