Okay, I've gotten some work done in a notebook, but it's going to take me a bit to get everything together. I've hung an "Under Construction" template on the article, which, in retrospect, I should have done earlier, but meh. If anyone wants to help here, let me know. I know a lot of the information in here can be found in the book Jayne's Intelligence Review: Royal Manticoran Navy^[1]. I plan on going through what Honorverse books I have and make notes to provide other references and in general clean it up. (My first real project on Wikipedia. Go me.)
