A strategic document services provider is a company that after consulting with a client and evaluating the flow of documents through a process, usually the order to cash cycle, devises a strategy to achieve the same end through software that moves and stores documents electronically. People researching the company would be CFO's and Operations Managers and would most likely understand what the term means
