Mohinga is made available all day by a pavement stall such as this one in Mandalay, set up simply by parking a trishaw designed to carry a huge cauldron of fish soup on a stove and other ingredients. Rice vermicelli, boiled eggs, and split chickpea fritters (pè gyan gyaw) in a bag also shown in the photo.
