My name is George, a current Sophomore at Johns Hopkins University. I am intensely interested in history, law, art history, foreign languages, astronomy, musicology, and medicine. I'd like to consider myself a modern day Renaissance Man. When I'm not at school I reside in Lake Arrowhead, a beautiful part of the San Bernardino Mountains in Southern California. I'm pretty moderate politically; I would've been a member of the Democratic-Republican party and I am completely awestruck by the Washington, Theodore Roosevelt, and Thomas Jefferson administrations. Although I would've been adamantly in support of Isolationism had I been alive during the Taft and Wilson administrations, the Income Tax Amendment and the Lend-Lease act ended any dream of ever maintaining the central tenet of Washington's farewell address. Nowadays, I'm completely for free trade and globalization. As far as law goes...long live originalism. Don't try to pin me on the spectrum, I just won't fit. Yay for infoboxes.
