[edit] Imbi is not an actual place

Imbi is not an actual neighbourhood or district in Kuala Lumpur. The only official recognisation of any place dubbed "Imbi" in the city is a road that passes the southern end of Bukit Bintang (as Imbi Road/Jalan Imbi). Neither does Imbi have its own postcode as neighbouring Bukit Bintang and Pudu do. Even if you like to write about the road, there isn't much context in it to merit its own article aside the fact that it passes several notable landmarks. Since the road is located between the jurisdictions of Bukit Bintang and Pudu, it's only appropriate to merge this article with that of Bukit Bintang or Pudu.

The misconception could have resulted from a monorail station and shopping centre that simply reference the road in part as "Imbi". - Two hundred percent 08:45, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

I agree with the merge, as per 200% --Zack2007 14:39, 15 October 2007 (UTC)
The same argument is being brought up at the Dang Wangi article. - Two hundred percent 06:12, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
