As stated in the fair use criteria template on the image's page, the picture adds significantly because it is seen as the place where the religious movement of the Bab, Babism, was started, and is thus significant to the history of the religion. • Weak keep - While I'm not a fan of manipulated images, grid sequences are close to cropping. As the file stands, it is a grouping of 11 distinct images where no attempt has been made to blend, combine, add, remove, or modify elements. • Keep - There are no other images of the Doctor character in either article, thought the image should be edited to remove the logo.

  • Comment I agree with the usage in Doctor Who#The Doctor being overkill. The section is to short (rightly so) for info on all ten which would support the use of this image. Since the section would become a battleground if the image were to be limited to one Doctor, better to remove the image from that article.
    The use of Image:Bakert.jpg in Doctor (Doctor Who)#Changing fashions is a bit thornier since, supposedly, the use is to illustrate costuming changes, not the incarnation itself. - J Greb (talk) 00:23, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
    • Perhaps the montage image could be modified to contain the image Image:Bakert.jpg in place of the current 4th doctor, minimal usage would suggest that if an image was able to illustrate the fashon and the incarnation, then it should be used Fasach Nua (talk) 00:34, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
      • Six of one... The montage fills the bill of supporting "Changing fashions" as is. General use though, as I've seen it, is that the 'box image is viewed as an example of the character, not necessarily other points in the articles. To a degree this is an issue that needs to be addressed on the talk page of the Doctor article since the common sense answer would to reference the infobox images in that section. It becomes thorny since "minimal usage" is a little fluid and the image removal may be a hot button issue with the editors working on and watching the article. - J Greb (talk) 01:30, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
        • I think this demonstrates the problems of montages,in the article Doctor (Doctor Who) either the top right corner portion of this is removed or the image bakert.jpg is removed, seperate images give a greater flexibility, the same effect could be given with a table in a template. The fair use rationale does not support the use of the logo, and as such is in breach of copyright, therefore I would change my opinion to deletionFasach Nua (talk) 01:59, 5 January 2008 (UTC)

Keep - I can't see how it fails #8 - I think this qualifies as significant, as it shows the reader a quick summary of each of the ten different doctors. As for 3, I don't think this gives an unnecessary amount of images on either of the two pages. StuartDD _{contributions} 20:32, 7 January 2008 (UTC)

• Keep, but remove the logo, the image is fine. All ten are used to stop edit-warring over which Doctor should be there (there were disputes on Talk:Sontaran and Talk:Master (Doctor Who) over which of two images should be there). The Doctor's process of regeneration and having different faces is discussed quite extensively - hell, half of the article is about it. I agree though, that the logo is unneeded. Please take the time to review the article as a whole, these images are not decorating the article but are used to show an example of the product and the logo used in its advertising. The usage is proper and invalidates the claim of WP:NFCC#8 violations. There was an formatting error on the page which did not show the included caption of the images which I have now corrected, and the images are now shown in their proper context. - Jeremy (Jerem43 (talk) 01:28, 1 January 2008 (UTC))
