  • Keep. Image is discussed in the article itself because of the misfit of the photofit. This is already explained exhaustively at [[1]]. However, Quadell seems to be embarked on a campaign to remove this and the one below. I already requested Quadell to refrain from deleting thiese images and hand over the issue to another administrator.   • Comment: As I understand it, there's a short blurb on the article about the fact that the subject, when arrested, looked quite different from the police aged drawing. I believe that the images are fair use for illustrating this fact, but I'm skeptical as to whether this fact is encyclopedic as opposed to trivial. Kelvinc (talk) 06:34, 15 December 2007 (UTC)
    • In my opinion, the veracity of the police sketch is not an important-enough factoid to warrant the inclusion of a non-free image, let alone two, especially since the allegation of inaccuracy is not sourced. Fails WP:NFCC#8. – Quadell (talk) (random) 13:50, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
      • Whether or not the blurb in the article about the mismatch of the photofit and the arrested subject is important needs to be discussed on Talk:Salvatore Lo Piccolo. Not here. It is in the article and consequently the images are needed to illustrate the issue. But Quadell of the Image Gestapo has his mind set on deleting the images anyway.       • Moreover, "the allegation of inaccuracy is not sourced" is yet another manipulation of facts. It is sourced in the section Arrest: "Officers remarked that Lo Piccolo’s face was entirely different from the identikit photo of him (see images on this page).[18] Lo Piccolo did not say word and just smiled when prosecutors noted that he did not ressemble the photofit released earlier this year.[19] The elder Lo Piccolo was in fact betrayed by his son of whome police did have a recent photograph.[20]" There are three sources !!! - Mafia Expert (talk) 16:16, 20 December 2007 (UTC)

  • Keep. Image is discussed in the article itself because of the misfit of the photofit that is related to this image. This is already explained exhaustively at [[2]]. However, Quadell seems to be embarked on a campaign to remove this and the one above.   • Delete, sorry. Yes, the photo is cc-by-sa, but the ad is not. We could use the photo if we blacked out the ad, but then we wouldn't want to. It the U.S., Freedom of panorama does not cover ads (or other artworks) in public places. – Quadell (talk) (random) 12:04, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

  • Wikimedia already has plenty of penis pictures. Uploader's ony contributions to the project have been to add his penis picture to various articles. This indicates the picture is mainly for the uploader's own vanity, and not the serious pursuit of the project. Futhermore, the license does not extend to third parties "This is a picture of my erect penis for use on any Wikimedia/Wikipedia project." making it unfree and incompatible with Wikipedia. -Nard 19:19, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
Agreed, as well as the quality of the picture is so-so at best, there is too much stuff in background, and the angle used is just poor, not to mention, it doesn't conform to the use of no hands on the penis pictures in regards to displaying them, not to mention we haven't plenty of caucasian erect peni already we don't need anymore.Coldpower27 (talk) 02:38, 14 December 2007 (UTC)

  • This was cut from an image that was deleted as a copyvio. This image is used on a userbox, which (I believe) would not qualify as fair use. Uploader claims its public domain, but that claim is invalid, Power Rangers are still owned by Disney. Mr Senseless (talk) 19:52, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
The User box in general had another image that was marked for deletion and everything. Since the coin did not get marked also, one would assume that this image is ok. Also the image, from what I remember is from a picture of replicas not the original used my the TV series.Phoenix741(Talk Page) 21:29, 13 December 2007 (UTC)
