  • Image:Buss Suicide Bombing West Jerusalem3.jpg - «fair use», used in four articles, none have a «fair use rationale». Three of the articles are general articles about terrorism, I doubt this image may be usable as fair use in these articles. In the last article, Patt junction massacre, fair use may possibly be justified? kjetil_r 12:49, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Keep. This image is being properly used to illustrate suicide attacks on buses, and when I last checked, it was a widely available image with no apparent commercial value, because (sadly) such attacks are not unusual. SlimVirgin (talk) 23:15, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Keep, with dependance on more experienced users for comment and image copyright expertise. I am the uploader. This image was added well before the image copyright tag policy was clarified. I hope it still qualifies as fair use, but will not make a fuss if I am overruled.--AladdinSE 01:29, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
Well, you should then write a detailed fair use rationale for the article(s) you want to use the image in. The image shuld not be used in articles without a corresponding rationale. kjetil_r 12:15, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Delete as copyvio. Just because images of this sort of thing are common doesn't make our use of this particular image any less a copyright violation. --Carnildo 22:31, 24 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Keep, as per SlimVirginOwenBlacker 00:28, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
  • Image:Telemark.jpg.jpg, labeled as {{NoRightsReserved}}, but the website mentioned under the Summary header, http://www.tinyniel.com/, seems very unlikely as the source of a ski jumping image. The website does not mention copyrights anyway. kjetil_r 13:19, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

  • Image:Calpurnpiso_2.jpg UE -- extremely tiny, and left over from an nn neologism. Vacuum 14:54, 19 March 2006 (UTC)

  • Image:Becherovka 300cl.jpg - Downloaded from Becherovka website. Originally marked as {{CopyrightedFreeUse}}; I found no evidence of it being the case at the website. We can make a reasonable fair use claim (I have changed the tag), but the image is not used in the Becherovka article. Uploader intended it to be used as a replacement for Image:Becherovka bottle.jpg, which is licensed under GFDL. - Mike Rosoft 16:00, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
    • An interesting question is whether Image:Becherovka bottle.jpg is actually a free image; it mainly contains a design of a bottle which may be protected by copyright or similar laws. - Mike Rosoft 15:26, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
