The image is incorrectly licensed. While it is tagged as "This image is copyrighted. The copyright holder allows anyone to use it for any purpose.". Its source is http://www.hurricanevideo.citymax.com/i/Album/ElenaHOUSE.jpg. The base portion (from http to citymax.com) redirects to http://www.hurricanevideo.citymax.com/page/page/570059.htm. Following the "Hurricane Photo Album" link leads to an album. An identical image is available from http://www.hurricanevideo.citymax.com/albums/album_image/578146/102009.htm , which is linked from http://www.hurricanevideo.citymax.com/page/page/578146.htm. The copyright notice on the latter page says "Photo copyrights 1979-2002: Richard Horodner . . . .horodner@aol.com". Nothing about free use. That final page is the album mentioned earlier.

• Image:Police armed uk.jpg - AB, suspected CV - Uploader has a history of copyrighth violations and incorrect use of tags. Given the subject matter and perfect framing (note the Union flag in the background) I very much doubt this is PD-self. No meta-data. The JPS 22:53, 20 April 2006 (UTC)
