Look, man, I know I'm a chatterbox here on Wikipedia. I know I acted as if my user page was a MySpace. I was just caught up in the moment! But, I've changed my ways. I'll do my best to edit articles, not just user pages and talk pages. P.S. I've only created one signature, it was for Bam123456789. Plus, it was after I came back! And, I retired because you brought me to my senses. I didn't think I would be of any use on Wikipedia.

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Africa Wrestling Alliance

The bundles were a mess last time because they combined feds with titles and wrestlers. Fed and titles are easier to bundle. There are no wrestlers so there should be no problem, I offer you this Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Professional Championship Wrestling as an example of mass bundling. Hey Matt, to be honest I was thinking that perhaps instead of deleting all of these articles we could combine them into a List of professional wrestling promoions in Africa, the existence of some of these promotions can be certified by the few online sources available. I feel that we need to expand the project's scope, right now most of our articles cover wrestling promotions in the Americas or Asia (WWE, WWC, IWA, TNA, AAA, CMLL, NJPW, AJPW, etc.), if some are able to get mention in newspapers (or their relevant websites) they may be notable, however we can't really expect to find many online sources due to the limited resources found on some African regions and countries. - Caribbean~H.Q. 11:44, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

Definitely agree with you there, Carribean H.Q. South Africa's presence on the Internet is only now starting to hit a boom. The lack of online sources at the moment is expected, but surely what I've included as references is notable enough (for example, IOL.co.za)? On another note, iMatthew, what other articles do you plan on nominating for deletion that I have created? Have you taken a look at World Wrestling Professionals yet? In my opinion, the sources listed in the External Links section are sufficient enough. But, of course, the decision depends on you. Ajstyles tna roh (talk) 12:19, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

Do you think it would be possible to withdraw the AFD? evidently not all users are aware that some of this promotions even if locally notable will have minimal internet presence, some are already opposing based on Google hits, if they are delete prior to the merger it will be somewhat annoying putting a list together. - Caribbean~H.Q. 22:18, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

RE: IP

That is definitely suspicious, but LAX is an admin so it could be any random person he's blocked before in the past. The couple of IPs I've blocked for being Hornet socks always started with 72. I'm not exactly sure how IPs work, but the number has something to do with location, I think. Keep an eye on him a bit longer. Nikki311 23:34, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

Tor Johnson

Hi Matthew. I came across a Wikipedia article a couple of days ago on Tor Johnson. I've never heard of him before but apparently he was a former wrestler in his day. Do you know anything about him or if it's even true that he was a former wrestling star? CadenS (talk) 08:48, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
