1. It is of low resolution.
2. It does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the game(s).
3. It depicts the character discussed in the article.
4. The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
5. The character is copyrighted, and that copyright would apply to any other image depicting the character. Thus, the picture is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image of comparable educational value.
