Description

This is an image of State Herald of South Africa, Themba Mabaso and Deputy Herald of South Africa Marcel van Rossum, taken at the XXVIIth International Congress of Genealogical and Heraldic Sciences in St Andrews Scotland. The photograph was taken by Jo Appleton of Appleton Studios. According to this page, express permission was given by Appleton Studios to upload the image to the English Wikipedia. This is a GFDL image from the English Wikipedia.
