Imabari Domain

The Imabari Domain (今治藩 Imabari-han?) was a Japanse domain of the Edo period, located in Iyo Province (modern-day Imabari, Ehime, on Shikoku).

Imabari was ruled for most of its history by the Hisamatsu-Matsudaira clan.
In 1868, the family was ordered to renounce their Matsudaira name, and instead were ordered to use "Sugawara."
