Ilze Gribule

Ilze Gribule (born 25 January 1984 in Krāslava) is a Latvian javelin thrower.
She finished tenth at the 2000 World Junior Championships, eleventh at the 2001 World Youth Championships, won the silver medal at the 2002 World Junior Championships and the bronze medal at the 2003 European Junior Championships. As a senior athlete she competed at the 2004 Olympic Games and the 2006 European Championships without reaching the final.
Her personal best throw is 58.74 metres, achieved in May 2005 in Riga.
