[edit] Controlled vs Governed regarding Republic of China

I don't really object to using "governed" instead of controlled; in fact I think it is a bit more precise. I originally put "controlled" simply to avoid too much repitition of the word "governed". I'm curious though, what are the other meanings of "controlled" that you're concerned about?Readin (talk) 07:10, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
