Sophié "Ess" Jayden-Jayne Forsyth (born August 31, 1995 in Banbury, Oxfordshire), better known by the stage name Ess F'Angles, is an English child actress and singer-songwriter, most famous for her role of Jenny in The Grange School: Jenny and Jake production and herself in 12 Days of Christmas (Theatre Production).

Forsyth made her acting debut in the 2002 production Jenny and Jake, the story of a girl (Jenny) and her brother (Jake) , who set out to find the true meaning of Christmas. Since then, she has gone on to do a number of roles, including herself in 12 Days of Christmas (Theatre Production) . She is currently waiting for a role to come up, and/or a record contract. Forsyth is also the owner of Phoenix V Productions (before it closed down) and Woop Woop Productions

At the age of 4, Forsyth attended Grange School, Banbury, where she met her current best friend, Tyler Louise Holland. In Winter 2001 at the age of 6, Forsyth took the lead role of Jenny and Jake. When she turned 7, she made another best friend Alexandra Maureen Taylor. They are still best friends. In Autumn 2003 Forsyth's parents, Stuart William Forsyth and Theresa Mary Boyd split. In Summer 2006, Forsyth graduated from The Grange with SATs results of 5b for English, 5b for Maths and 5a for Science. At the age of 11, Forsyth joined The Warriner School, Bloxham.

Forsyth is currently in 7th grade/year 8. She has made 7 more best friends, Christina Nicole Shearn, Jessica Amy Hardy, Sophie Louise Beckinsale, Lucy Ellen Nichols, William Oliver Butterworth and Megan Louise Hawkins. She has recently been getting a lot of critisicm from her ex-best-friend and ex-friends. She was also being bullied by other students at The Warriner School, Bloxham. But at the moment, Forsyth is enjoying life with a group of new friends, known as The Benchies. Forsyth's celebrity friends include Ciara Woods and Stella Hudgens (The younger sister of High School Musical and Thunderbirds' star, Vanessa Hudgens).
