IlRomano is from Croydon, in South London, and has lived most his life in Bromley, in South east London.
He is a big supporter of Fulham FC and often makes edits to their article on Wikipedia, as well as going to games.
His Babel box to the right will tell you that IlRomano is a native speaker of English and can speak both Standard Mandarin and the Beijing dialect of Mandarin reasonably well but not fluently. He was once near fluent in French, as he had learnt it from the age of 3. However, recently after a few years of speaking very little French, his level has dropped and now can only speak basic French.
Despite his misleading name, IlRomano is not actually a Roman or even of Italian heritage. He was named due to his interests in the ancient Roman Empire and civilizations and his childhood ambition of being a Senator of the Roman Republice. How sad.
